Early this week, The Kendall Project reached an important milestone: we completed our first-ever Partner Certification Training, officially launching what will become a global network of organizations equipped to bring effective, safe, and scalable AI adoption to their clients.
This moment represents far more than a workshop. It marks the start of a new chapter, one where expert trainers, consultants, and innovators will help companies everywhere move from AI curiosity to AI capability.
And they’ll do it using a structured, proven, and problem-centered approach: The Kendall Framework.
Why This Matters
AI adoption is accelerating, but success rates aren’t. The great majority of generative AI pilots are failing because organizations lack the shared language, structure, and context needed to make AI work in the real world .
The Kendall Framework changes this.

What Happened at the First Partner Training
Over two days in Boston, we brought together a cohort of seasoned trainers, including many professional trainers, experienced enterprise consultants and Scrum experts, who immersed themselves in:
- The full Kendall Framework
- Teaching methodologies
- Opportunity and context sourcing
- AI Operations best practices
They didn’t just learn the content, they practiced delivering it, pitching it, and applying it through hands-on simulations and teach-backs.
By the end, they were certified and ready to train their own clients, generating AI literacy, team-approved use-case pipelines, and context assets that drive real operational impact.
A Ground-Floor Opportunity
This inaugural class represents the beginning of the Kendall Partner Network, a group of partners who will help define the standards, shape the delivery methods, and set the quality bar for AI implementation worldwide.
From here, partners will be able to:
- Deliver Kendall Workshops and AI Literacy programs
- Run Opportunity & Context Sourcing engagements
- Guide clients into AI / Context Operations
- Implement data, context, and AI assistant management best practices
- Generate ongoing AI adoption programs inside organizations
For our partners it’s a chance to build profitable AI practices and create meaningful jobs - for trainers, context owners, AI managers, analysts, facilitators, and more - all rooted in safe, structured AI adoption.

What Comes Next
This first cohort sets the tone for everything that follows. Over the coming months, partners will begin co-delivering workshops with us, launching their first client engagements, and helping shape the assets, tooling, and community that will support future trainers.
