FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Cambridge, MA (May 1, 2025) — In a powerful show of sector-wide support, some of New England’s top nonprofit service providers are partnering with The Kendall Project to host an exclusive AI strategy workshop for nonprofit leaders. The event, designed for nonprofit C-Suite executives and Board Members, will be held free of charge on June 3, 2025, at Progress Software’s headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts.
The workshop, led by The Kendall Project, will equip nonprofit CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Chief Development Officers, and CMOs with practical, mission-aligned strategies to harness the power of artificial intelligence — moving beyond hype to actionable impact. Nonprofit leaders will leave the workshop with the understanding of how to utilize AI as a tool that can save them time, increase operational efficiency, communicate with all stakeholders, raise their profile, and generate funds.
"Nonprofits are under increasing pressure to achieve greater impact with fewer resources," said Kevin Gulley, Managing Partner at The Kendall Project. "Bringing together nonprofit leaders with the help of this incredible group of partners, ensures that nonprofit organizations are not left behind in the AI revolution. With the right strategy, nonprofits can lead the way — using AI to strengthen their operations, amplify fundraising, and drive their missions forward."
The event is backed by a Boston-based coalition of nonprofit experts:
- eCratchit — specialists in outsourced financial management and virtual CFO services for nonprofits;
- Teak Media + Communication — leaders in purpose-driven public relations for nonprofit and socially responsible organizations;
- Revol LLC — experts in nonprofit strategy, governance, and leadership development;
- McCormick Group — premier fundraising and advancement strategists specializing in nonprofit capital campaigns and donor relations;
- GlobalSource — mission-driven consultants focused on accelerating social change through strategic nonprofit initiatives.
Each partner has personally experienced The Kendall Project’s workshop methodology and validated its real-world, business-driven approach to AI adoption.
"We are proud to support initiatives like this that not only empower nonprofit executives with cutting-edge knowledge, but also foster collaboration across the nonprofit ecosystem," said Christine Parker, Co-President of the Harvard Business School Association of Boston. The Kendall Project stands out for its practical, action-oriented approach—making AI not just accessible, but a catalyst for measurable impact across industries and job functions.”
Space is limited due to the collaborative nature of the workshop.
