Cambridge, MA – January 13, 2025 – The Kendall Project, a leading provider of AI strategy workshops, is proud to announce a partnership with MassMEP (Massachusetts Manufacturing Extension Partnership), a non-profit dedicated to advancing lean manufacturing principles among Massachusetts manufacturers.

This collaboration will kick off with an inaugural workshop on February 13, 2025, at MassMEP’s headquarters in Auburn, MA (27A Midstate Dr). The event marks the beginning of a series of workshops planned across the state in 2025, designed to equip manufacturers with the tools to identify, prioritize, and execute high-value opportunities through AI and advanced technologies.

“Our partnership with MassMEP is an exciting step forward in bringing cutting-edge AI strategies to Massachusetts manufacturers,” said Kevin Gulley, Managing Partner at The Kendall Project. “Together, we’re providing manufacturers with practical, problem-first approaches to drive operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.”

The workshop series will focus on helping manufacturers integrate AI into their operations through The Kendall Framework—a proven methodology for uncovering high-value business opportunities. Participants will gain actionable insights on how to implement AI solutions that align with their strategic goals, improve decision-making, and drive measurable results.

Kathie Mahoney, President of MassMEP, emphasized the importance of this collaboration: “MassMEP’s extensive expertise in driving innovation, fostering workforce development, and supporting growth makes us uniquely equipped to guide Massachusetts manufacturers through this transformative era. By integrating our proven approaches to operational excellence with The Kendall Project’s cutting-edge AI strategies, we are empowering manufacturers to adapt to digital transformation and seize new opportunities for leadership and success in the evolving manufacturing landscape.”

The February 13th workshop will be held from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at MassMEP’s headquarters and will feature hands-on training, real-world case studies, and networking opportunities for participants. This pilot event will serve as the foundation for three additional workshops to be held in various regions across the state throughout 2025.
