Before you book a call

AI Jumpstart is a 30-day structured engagement, not a training course. Training programs produce educated people. AI Jumpstart produces six named deliverables: a Context Gap Map, an ARPO failure report, your first Context Block set, a prioritized use case pipeline, an AI Bill of Materials, and a CoE operating model. Your team is trained as part of the engagement, but the primary output is a functioning AI context foundation your organization owns and can operate independently.
At minimum, you need an executive sponsor and a designated AI program lead. The training sessions involve up to 40 employees from across the business. The Context Sprint team is typically 4 to 8 people from the function most closely connected to your top priority use case. We design the participant structure with you before we start so no one is over-committed or under-informed.
Good. Most AI Jumpstart engagements start with existing pilots that are underperforming. The Context 360 diagnostic is specifically designed to assess a live use case, identify where the context pipeline is failing, and produce a remediation roadmap. You are not starting from scratch. You are finding out why the current investment is stalling and building the foundation that makes it perform reliably.
The AI Bill of Materials produced in Week 4 directly addresses EU AI Act Articles 9, 11, and 13 covering risk management documentation, technical documentation, and transparency requirements. The ARPO quality gates provide the ongoing monitoring evidence Article 9 requires. The Context Block provenance records satisfy Article 11 traceability requirements. The engagement is designed with the August 2026 enforcement deadline in mind, so everything you build is compliant from day one.
You own everything produced during the engagement. Your certified Curators continue running Context Sprints. Your CoE operating model gives you the structure to do this without external support. The 12-month Kendall Edge access keeps your team current with new methods, tools, and community support. Organizations that want to continue building can move into a Context 360 Diagnose engagement or an Enterprise Unlimited partnership, but that is entirely optional. The goal of AI Jumpstart is to make you capable of continuing independently.
